Large, bold, black, tattoo'd bands at the three major feeding points; jugular and both wrists defining him as a blood slave though he is free now. Large amounts of scarring on his chest and back from being beaten as a slave. A five pointed circle on his left pec beaten in place by the members of the brotherhood. Nipple piercings which he did himself.

History:
Born in Europe the oldest of twins by three minutes, Zsadist was stolen by a nursemaid when he was only two months old. At the age of two the nurse died and Zsadist was sold into slavery. He was bought by a wealthy aristocrat and became a kitchen boy, washing dishes, helping cook, and running ale to the soliders when they called for it. It was hard work, but he didn't mind, he quite enjoyed himself actually, having known nothing else in his life. At the age of 25 when his transition hit he was taken from the kitchen and marked as a blood slave. He would serve the Mistress of the house without question or thought, his only purpose now to give her blood and whatever else she may ask of from him.

He became a loose cannon, locked in a secret room underground. He didn't know the passing of days, or how long he had been held captive by his Mistress. He was unable to leave the single room he called home and was drugged whenever the Mistress wanted to visit him either through food or darts. He was her forced whore, giving her pleasure though he felt none himself. He was her prize stallion as well, being shown off to those whom the Mistress trusted to keep her secret. He refused to take blood from one of the female kitchen slaves, and was forced to watch as she was murdered before his very eyes. That was the day of his first beating and when his eyes turned to their jet black. He raged and screamed at the Mistress as he was held down on the bed, in the end it was her who broke first, and he that came out a new man.

After a century of enduring what the Mistress could dish out, Zsadist's twin brother, Phury, finally found him. Fearing the worst, however, the Mistress' mate came back from a business trip early, and found both Phury and Zsadist in the small room. As Phury went after the guards, the mate went after his wife, and Zasdist. He was drug from the room after his face was carved with the knife and strung up in a tree on the edge of a cliff close to dawn. The guards took turns beating him until he passed out staring out at the ocean view he had. His brother fought his way from the basement room and to the surface, rescuing Zsadist and ulitmatly dooming both of them as he plunged them into the salt water below. Phury was left with half a leg, having to shoot it off to break free from the cliff, and Zsadist was left tortured and scared.

Thirty years after his enslavement, Zsadist heard that there was another blood slave being kept by his Mistress. He returned to his place of torture and rescued the newly turned boy. The Mistress came into the room while he was trying to convince the boy that everything would be okay. Knowing that she would only take another and another as her slaves, no matter what he did, Zsadist killed her, snapping her neck like a twig. Neither he, nor the other boy belived her to be truly dead, and so he cut her head from her body. With the boy in his arms, and the Mistress dangling before them both from the boy's hand they escaped and Zsadist kept the head, using it as a reminder that he was safe and would never be drug back to the Mistress again.

It took years for the two brothers to connect on any level, and even longer to find connections within the vampire community that would take them in and help them. With most of the rest of the vampire population of Europe Zsadist and his brother Phury moved to America, specifically to Caldwell, New York. Seventy-five years ago Zsadist and his brother both joined the Black Dagger Brotherhood. He now refuses to feed from vampires, taking the weak blood of humans instead. Neither does he eat or sleep, unless he absloutly must. He refuses flat out to eat anything he doesn't know where it came from or that was cooked by himself and since he doesn't cook, that limits his options. When forced to eat he usually has two Granny Smith Apples, and when forced to sleep by his body, he sleeps on a makeshift bed on the floor, the skull of his dead Mistress laying next to his head.

A note: Zsadist is not like your 'normal' vampire. He isn't dead. He wasn't a human that was bitten and turned by another vampire. He was born a vampire and at the age of 25 transitioned into a male vampire. As a pretrans (as they're called) he was able to go out in the daylight and do many of the things normal humans can. After his transition however, he was unable to go out into the daylight, being an almost full blooded vampire (as in... vampires can mate with humans, though that dilutes the vampire blood and their children may or may not go through the transition).
