My Tribute to Horse

I hereby announce the retirement of my character, Horse. However, I retain full control over the name and its use as a character at Andromorphia, The Wayward, RPG-Chat, Euro-RPG, Scalcathia, VampirePub, Blackthorne Keep and Necropolis. All threads that contain my character in whatever form are my original works and I retain whatever copyright as afforded me under these conditions. I also retain the copyright on "Andromorphia", "Andromorphics", "Andromorphica" and "Scalcathia" as these are of my own invention. Obviously, their use is allowed and encourage as long as no profit is made from such use, and I am properly accredited as the author.

I have played the character since July 17, 2003. I have enjoyed his antics greatly and the huge collaboration with Danteya and Harte. I'm saddened by having to do this, but circumstances have led me to feel there is no further function or purpose in the character.

My many thanks to everyone who roleplayed with me as I played Horse. I, as a person, am very little like that character, other than in a few philosophical moments. I am much more like Eischer than any other character. Sadly, over a 1000 turns with Eischer are locked in the archives.

Considering that I AM Valis, I will hardly be abandoning this board or my involvement with it. Rather, I am simply putting an increasingly unpopular character out of his misery. *grins*

Again, thank you all who have played with, beside and against Horse in the past 13 months.

~Horse, Retired.

Never forget, however, that from death comes new life. (You see, Krys? I listen!)

I'm glad. *G* I spoofed the last line all up just for you....

As for what the cat brings in, it's usually something dead... And then it is deposited on the porch until the owner removes it and it's replaced.... *G* But cats are good. Just perhaps not the best choice to drag in a dark beast waiting to be born and all.

Horse, a mere apparition, his head floating slightly above the surface of the floor, glances around.

"Man. I'm more popular dead. I should have died a long time ago."

An echoing faint laughter Dopplers into the distance as his head simply fades away.

News of my death - apparently flung broad and distant - appear to be exaggerated. As far as I can tell.
